Personalized Items:
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please carefully review your order details before placing it. If there's an error on our part, we'll be happy to correct it at no additional cost.
Non-Personalized Items:
If you're unhappy with a non-personalized item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
Return Process:

- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund.
